About Us
The Valley Villager is made by a handful of friends who live and work in and around Napa.
We created the Valley Villager because of Third Eye Blind.
Allow us to explain:
On August 14, 2022, Third Eye Blind played the Oxbow River Stage in downtown Napa. But we weren't there. We didn't even know it was happening. We missed it.
We only learned that the guitar heroes who defined our (everyone's?!) adolescence were playing down the street when the faint “doo doo doo, doo-doo doo doo” of "Semi-Charmed Life" reached our backyards. By then it was too late.
How could this have happened? We are culture vultures, actively seeking out walkable fun in our small town.
We vowed to never sleep on another happening in Napa again. Never again would we let this narcolepsy slide into another nightmare.
At that very moment, the Valley Villager was born.
